The OfficeSwitch CRM - PBX integration features are:
- For every CRM user the phone extension name can be configured
- When there is an incoming call a dynamic window will appear
- If the callerID matches the telephone number of the contacts or companies the interface will put the full name of the caller
- Ability to put some notes regarding to the call
- Inbound and outbound calls of the user are logged in the calls section (this call logs are separate from asterisk's CDRs)
- CRM User can make outbound calls by clicking on the phone icon beside the telephone numbers defined for the Contacts
